Retention of Data

The retention period depends on the type of data and existence of the user’s account. We retain data for as long as the account stays active and delete it within 24 days after the account is deleted. If the user does not deactivate his/her account, we retain the data indefinitely.

If the user deletes their account, we will delete their data within 24 days, we do not have any feature for deactivation of the user account, therefore if the user wants to remove their data then they will have to delete their account.
